The five-minute thick jam turns out to be incredibly bright in taste and very aromatic. The berries in this jam remain intact and will be an excellent addition to pancakes or cheese cakes.

Rinse the berries and put them in a saucepan.

Add sugar.

We send the pan to low heat and cook the berries for 5 minutes, collecting the resulting foam. When the jam has cooled down, we repeat these steps 2 more times.

Put the finished jam in a sterilized jar.

Roll up the jar with a sterilized lid and turn it upside down. We wrap it with a blanket and leave it to cool completely.
