Cherry jam with seeds without water for the winter

To prepare such an amazing treat, it will take time to ferment the berries, but this process allows you to get a rich taste. Our grandmothers made jam according to this recipe. Cooking in 3 steps is a time-tested way to get a fragrant and thick treat for the winter.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
Sort cherries from litter and leaves and wash. Place on a towel and let the berry dry. Place it in a saucepan.
step 2 out of 6
Add sugar to it. If the berry is very acidic, add more sugar than indicated above. Stir the mixture and leave to juice the berry for 8 hours.
step 3 out of 6
Stir the piece so that the sugar does not burn to the bottom. Place the saucepan over medium heat.
step 4 out of 6
Stir the jam constantly so that it does not burn. Boil the mass, cook for 3 minutes and turn off. Leave the jam for another 6 hours, stirring every hour.
step 5 out of 6
Put the jam on the fire again, boil and cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Turn off and again leave to stand for 6 hours.
step 6 out of 6
Place the jam on the stove again and cook for 5 minutes, removing the froth. Place the hot treat on sterile prepared jars and roll up. Turn the jars over and cover with a blanket until they cool completely.

Bon Appetit!
