It is pleasant to diversify your tea drinking with aromatic cherry jam. The preparation of this jam will not cause much trouble, since you do not need to remove the seeds from the berries. This jam will turn out to be more flavorful, but less convenient for baking.

Sort out the cherries from leaves, twigs and bad berries, wash, discard in a colander so that the liquid is glass.

Transfer the cherries to a saucepan, cover with sugar, stir, and leave for 6-8 hours to let the berries start juicing.

Bring the jam to a boil, stir constantly, simmer for 3-4 minutes and turn off the stove. Leave the cherry jam for 6 hours.

After 6 hours, put the saucepan with the jam on the fire again, stirring constantly, bring it to a boil, cook for 5 minutes. After that, leave the jam for 6 hours.

Put the jam on the fire for the third time, cook after boiling for 5 minutes, remove the foam and stir constantly. Pour hot jam into dry sterilized jars, roll up, turn the jars upside down and leave in this position until they cool completely. Store the jam in a cool place.
