Cherry jam is a taste familiar to everyone from childhood. How great it was to gobble up jam with tea at my grandmother's in the village! If you want to please your children with this delicacy and at the same time make it original, unlike all the others, the cherry and lemon jam recipe will definitely not leave you indifferent!

Wash the cherries, dry them on a kitchen towel. Extract the seeds from the berries. Wash the lemon, dry it, cut into small pieces right with the peel. Send the cherries and lemon into a deep bowl, cover with sugar, stir and let the mixture brew until juice appears.

Using a blender, grind the berries with lemon into a smooth puree. Pour the cherry-lemon mixture into a saucepan. Put the saucepan on the fire, bring to a boil. After boiling, cook the jam for 15 minutes, stirring constantly and removing the foam.
