If you love whole cherries in jam, you will definitely like the recipe for cherry jam in your own juice. The treat prepared in this way retains the shape, color and taste of fresh cherries. The jam can be used as a filling for a variety of pastries, and can also be eaten with tea or other hot drinks. It is delicious in any form!

Sort the cherries, wash, dry on a kitchen towel. Use a pitting machine to punch the cherries out of the cherries.
