The recipe for apple "five minutes" is quite popular, because apples perfectly retain their taste and aroma, including "White filling". In a traditional "five-minute" session, apples are chopped on a coarse grater, but this jam does not look very nice, so we cook it in slices. We insist the apples for several hours in sugar syrup and then cook for exactly 5 minutes.
