It's a shame to throw away the leftover apples that you couldn't eat during the season, so I suggest making an amazingly delicious apple jam with an interesting addition - orange.

Rinse the orange thoroughly, as we will be using the zest. Using a grater, carefully remove the top layer - the zest, chop the pulp and add 100 ml. water.

Combine orange puree, zest and sugar in a multicooker bowl and bring to a boil. It is recommended to set the "manual" mode with a temperature of no more than 120 degrees.

Peel the apples, take out the core with seeds and cut into thin slices.

We transfer the chopped apples to the orange syrup, mix thoroughly and, closing the lid, continue to cook for an hour on the same program.

After the time has elapsed, we pour the resulting jam into previously sterilized jars and roll it up. Next, turn it upside down, cover with a towel and leave to cool to room temperature.
