Delicious apple and pear jam is made only from ripe, juicy and undamaged fruits. Pears make the dessert delicate in texture, while apples add a wonderful flavor. Cooking dessert in slices. If the sliced ​​fruits are kept for 1 hour in salted water and then 5 minutes in a 2% soda solution, they will not darken and boil, which will make the jam very beautiful.

Pour water, apple juice into a saucepan for making jam and dissolve the amount of sugar indicated in the recipe in it. Boil the syrup for 5 minutes, add cinnamon to it, but this is to taste.
