Jam from apples and pears in a slow cooker

Everyone knows that the process of making jam is very time consuming and takes a lot of time, but thanks to the multicooker, you can simplify your life and make delicious fruit jam while preserving the texture of the fruit. In the multicooker bowl, all the slices absorb the maximum amount of syrup, which has a very positive effect on the taste characteristics of the treat.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We wash the fruits under running water, cut in half and remove the cores along with the seeds. We first remove the skin from apples, since it is tougher than that of pears, and a similar texture is important for us. Cut the halves of the fruit into small slices.
step 2 out of 6
We transfer the prepared ingredients to the multicooker bowl and pour one kilogram of sugar and lemon juice on top, mix. We turn on the program "jam" or "stewing" and insert 60 minutes on the timer, during which time the fruit can be completely saturated with sugar syrup and acquire the desired softness. After turning off the device, open the lid and let the semi-prepared jam cool for several hours.
step 3 out of 6
After complete cooling, it is necessary to boil the resulting syrup during cooking. To do this, turn on the "steam cooking" program for 15 minutes. After that, re-cool the mass.
step 4 out of 6
We repeat the procedure for the third final one, once and at the same time we prepare the cans together with the lids - we sterilize.
step 5 out of 6
After turning off the multicooker, pour the finished jam over the prepared dishes, roll it up and turn it upside down. It is better to cover the top with a blanket and wait for it to cool.
step 6 out of 6
Our jam is completely ready to eat. Bon Appetit!
