Apples are rubbed on a coarse grater, an orange is added to them, everything is covered with sugar and mixed. Then the pot with fruit is put on fire and cooked in three approaches. On the third, cinnamon is added. The jam is poured into jars, rolled up and left to cool completely.

First, wash the apples thoroughly and dry them on a paper towel.

Cut out the core from them and rub on a coarse grater. You can also peel off the rind. Then we weigh them to determine the required amount of sugar.

We shift the grated apples into a bowl in which the jam will be cooked and immediately fill them with granulated sugar, since they darken very quickly.

We also thoroughly wash the orange, remove the peel from it, peel the pulp from the films and cut into small pieces. We send it to a container with apples and mix everything well. We leave everything for 1-1.5 hours so that the fruit juices.

Now fill them with a glass of drinking water and stir again so that the granulated sugar is completely dissolved. Put the dishes on the stove and bring to a boil over medium heat. Then lower the temperature and cook for about 12-15 minutes. We periodically remove the resulting foam. Turn off the heat and let the jam cool completely. We repeat this step two more times.

Before the third time, add a spoonful of ground cinnamon, mix well and bring everything to a boil. Cook for only 2-3 minutes.

We pour even hot jam into pre-sterilized jars, roll up the lids and leave to cool completely. It works best in baked goods, but just as well as pure tea. Bon Appetit!
