The sliced ​​apples, along with oranges, lemons, zest and sugar, are sent to a saucepan and left there overnight. Next, the dishes are put on fire and cooked in 3-4 approaches for 10-15 minutes. Hot jam is poured into jars and rolled up.

Rinse the apples thoroughly under running water, dry them with a paper towel, cut out the core and cut into large pieces. You can also grate them with a coarse grater.

We wash the lemon too. We rub it on a fine grater so that all the zest is removed from it. Remove the films from the pulp and cut into small pieces. Peel off the peel from the oranges, remove the films and chop coarsely.
