Apple jam in a multicooker Polaris

Everyone should make the perfect apple jam in five minutes, considering how many fruits have appeared on the trees this season. A transparent and fragrant dessert goes well with many dishes: you can add it to cottage cheese or serve with pancakes, spread on fresh bread and wash it down with tea, or just absorb the sweetness with a spoon - there are a lot of variations!

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We randomly cut the washed and dried apples, be sure to remove the peel, middle and seeds - we leave only the juicy pulp, but we do not throw out the trimmings, because very soon they will be useful to us.
step 2 out of 5
Transfer the previously cut skin and cores to a suitable bowl, pour half a glass of water and cook for 10 minutes. Pour the resulting broth into a cup.
step 3 out of 5
Sprinkle the chopped apple pulp with sugar, and pour the broth on top. Now we turn on the "stewing" mode and forget about our semi-finished jam for one hour.
step 4 out of 5
If, in the end result, we want to get jam, then after an hour, the mass should be thoroughly mixed and continue "stewing" for 40 minutes. If we want to get a jam in which pieces of fruit will be felt, then it's time to stop the multicooker.
step 5 out of 5
Put hot jam in a pre-sterilized jar and twist tightly. Turn the filled container upside down, cover it with a blanket and wait for it to cool completely. Then we serve it to the table or put it away for storage in a place without direct sunlight. Bon Appetit!
