Green pear jam

Green or unripe pears do not taste good, but they can make an amazing dessert for the winter. Such pears are dense and elastic and in jam will be like candied fruits. To this dessert, add cinnamon, almonds and cardamom, as well as a piece of butter for flavor. The oil will not allow the formation of foam on the surface of the jam during cooking, which preserves the aroma of the dessert well and will make its taste more noble. We prepare the jam by the method of cooking 3 times with breaks for cooling.
