Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
We carefully sort out the currants, rinse and dry. Chop the black currant, passing it through a meat grinder.
step 2 out of 5
We do the same with raspberries. Thanks to the meat grinder, the jam will be more homogeneous and pleasant in consistency.
step 3 out of 5
We collect water in a saucepan and dissolve granulated sugar in it. Bring the syrup to a boil and dip the raspberries into it first, and after five minutes chopped black currant berries.
step 4 out of 5
From the moment of boiling, we boil the berries in syrup for about 25 minutes, while stirring constantly. Also, do not forget to remove the foam from the surface.
step 5 out of 5
Together with cooking the jam, we sterilize the jars and lids, which we immediately fill with the ready-made jam. We close the jars with sterilized lids using a kitchen key and cool to room temperature. This completes the preparation. We store the jam in any place suitable for this.
Enjoy your meal!
