Kefir dumplings are a variant of an everyday dessert that will appeal to both adults and children. The main feature of dumplings is the filling. Here you can give free rein to your imagination: your favorite fruits, berries, jam. In the recipe presented to your attention, we suggest making blueberry dumplings on kefir. To do this, you will need a minimum set of products that can be found in the bins of any housewife. Blueberries for the filling can be used both fresh and frozen.

Beat an egg with sugar in a separate bowl, then gradually add kefir. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

We begin to introduce sifted flour into the resulting mass. Knead the dough. We should have an elastic dough that doesn't stick to our hands.
