Dumplings with blueberries in milk come from childhood, when my grandmother prepared this juicy, hot and so delicious dish for us. Even today you can please your household with these dumplings, because it is so easy to cook them. The result - the most fragrant dumplings with blueberries - will surely surprise you and your family.

Beat eggs and salt in a deep bowl. Pour milk and water into the egg mixture, mix. Sift the flour, gradually add it to the liquid ingredients. Knead the dough.

Place the dough on a dry, floured surface. Knead the dough thoroughly with your hands. Then put the dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave for half an hour.

Put the blueberries in a colander and rinse under running water. Then dry the berries on a paper towel. Transfer the berries to a deep bowl, cover with sugar, leave for half an hour.

Divide the dough into several parts. Roll each part into a layer about 2 centimeters thick.

Using a glass, cut out circles in the dough. Do this with the rest of the test.
