Dumplings with steamed blueberries

Blueberry dumplings can be prepared for future use, frozen and stored in the freezer. They will help you out at the moment when you need to quickly cook something. This is a fairly hearty and tasty dish.

Mix the egg with sugar. Mix flour with salt and soda, make a funnel and pour in beaten egg and kefir. Knead the dough, cover it with a towel and let it sit for half an hour. Divide the dough into several pieces, roll out a sausage from each piece. Slice the sausage and form into small circles.

Roll each circle into a thin cake, put berries on them, sprinkle with sugar. Fold each cake in half and secure the edges. Transfer the prepared dumplings to a floured board.

Lubricate the surface of the steamer with sunflower oil.

Place the dumplings, steam for 3 minutes on one side, then turn over and keep the same amount on the other side.
