Since childhood, I love dumplings with various berry fillings. I recommend steaming blueberry dumplings in a slow cooker. Such dumplings can be cooked on the stove in a double boiler, but this is how I like to cook. Dumplings with berries are juicy and aromatic. Such dumplings are good both hot and cold.

Sort the blueberries, put them in a sieve and rinse gently. Leave to drain for a while. Roll each piece of dough on a clean surface with a rolling pin. For an even shape, cut out the circles with a glass. Put the berry filling in the center and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Connect the free edges of the dough and mold them well, pressing firmly with your fingers.
