In summer, there is nothing healthier and tastier than aromatic freshly prepared blueberry dumplings. This dish will immediately conquer the household with its juiciness, tenderness and wonderful taste. Having prepared dumplings with blueberries in a slow cooker, the hostess will save her time, because she does not have to flock over the stove.

Sift flour into a deep bowl, add salt to it, mix.

Drive an egg into the flour, mix gently.

Gradually pour cold water into the dough. Knead the dough until smooth, form a ball out of it.

Wrap the dough with cling film, refrigerate for half an hour.

Sort the blueberries, remove the leaves and twigs. Rinse the berries, dry on a kitchen towel. Pour blueberries into a bowl, mix with sugar and starch.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it out into a thin layer with a rolling pin.
