Dumplings with frozen blueberries

Frozen blueberries can be used in various dishes and desserts. For example, you can make everyone's favorite dumplings, an easy, low-calorie meal for the whole family.

Sift flour, add salt, egg and milk. Quench the baking soda with vinegar and also add to the flour. Knead the dough first in a bowl, then transfer to a flat, floured surface. The dough should be soft, smooth and elastic.

Sprinkle flour on the surface on which the dough will be rolled. Roll out a thin layer. Using a glass or any other suitable round object, cut circles out of the dough. The rest of the dough will be used for the next rolling out.

Remove the berries from the freezer. Divide the berries into dough circles, sprinkle with sugar, fold the dough in half and secure the edges. Do this with all the dough or sculpt the dumplings until you run out of berries for the filling.

Pour water into a saucepan, boil it and put the dumplings, cook for 5-7 minutes. Then use a slotted spoon to remove the dumplings from the water and serve.
