Fried blueberry dumplings

Here is an unusual recipe for fried dumplings with blueberry filling. Such a dish will perfectly complement your lunch or become a dessert. Sift wheat flour (2 cups) into a suitable container. We make a depression in the flour, add salt there and pour in vegetable oil. Next, pour in boiling water in a thin stream and intensively knead the flour mass.

When the resulting mass has cooled down a little, add the remaining glass of wheat flour to it and knead the dough with your hands. After that, place the dough in a container, cover with a towel and leave for 30 minutes until it cools completely.

Let's move on to the filling. We sort out the blueberries, rinse and dry them on a towel. If you are using frozen berries, defrost them and discard them in a colander so that all the liquid is glass. Place the blueberries in a bowl, sprinkle with granulated sugar. Then add the breadcrumbs. We mix everything.

Roll out the finished dough into a thin layer, cut out circles on it with a glass.

On each circle, you need to lay out the berry filling (1 tsp) and form the dumplings, pinching the edges of the dough.
