Potatoes with mushrooms and fried onions are a classic filling for homemade dumplings. This dish can be served as an appetizer or as a complete lunch dish. Complemented with sour cream and other dressings.

Combine flour with salt and water. Knead the ingredients until a smooth and elastic dough is obtained.

Peel onions and potatoes. We wash the latter thoroughly in cold water.

The potatoes can be cut into several pieces and cooked until tender. Chop the mushrooms with a knife.
