Dumplings stuffed with potatoes and mushrooms come out especially hearty and appetizing. Try the recipe with the addition of champignons and appreciate the original taste of the finished dish.

We clean the potatoes and send them to a pot of water. Boil until tender.

We wash the champignons under water, peel and finely chop with a knife.

Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings.

Fry the mushrooms in a frying pan in vegetable oil with onions for 6-7 minutes. Add salt.

Now combine flour with egg, salt and water. Knead until a soft and smooth dough is obtained.
