You are invited to cook dumplings with potatoes on choux pastry. Cooking the dough in hot milk. You can easily roll such a dough into a thin sheet, easily mold the dumplings, and they will remain intact when boiled. Prepare the classic filling: mashed potatoes and fried onions.

For the dough, pour sifted flour into a separate bowl, break eggs to it, add salt and vegetable oil. Then pour hot milk in a thin stream and stir quickly with a spoon. Then knead the dough well with your hands and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

Peel the onion, chop it into small cubes and fry until transparent in a little vegetable oil.
