Dumplings are a fairly common dish in Slavic countries; they may differ in names and recipes. The dough for dumplings, as well as for other dishes, is prepared differently by everyone. I want to share a recipe for milk dumplings with strawberries.

Sort the strawberries thoroughly, put in a sieve, rinse gently and let the excess liquid drain. Cut into 2-4 pieces depending on the size. Roll out the rested dough on a clean, dry surface with a rolling pin into a layer 3-5 millimeters thick. Cut out the circles with a glass. Put the berry filling in the center, add granulated sugar to taste.
Connect the free edges of the dough and mold them, pressing firmly with your fingers. Pour about a liter of hot drinking water into the multicooker bowl. Place a steaming net on top, oiled with a little oil. Arrange the strawberry dumplings carefully. Close the lid, select "Steam" on the panel, cooking time 5 minutes.
After the beep, open the lid of the multicooker. Use a spatula to remove the dumplings with strawberries and transfer to a bowl, add butter to taste and stir gently so as not to damage the dumplings. Serve ready-made dumplings with strawberries in portions. To make the shape of the dumplings the same, use a special device for sculpting.
