Ingredients
Cooking process
Knead the dough: beat the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and sugar and beat with a whisk until a light foam appears. Then add curdled milk, half of the flour and soda, mix well so that the soda is distributed throughout the dough, and add the remaining flour. Knead the dough with your hands, it should be soft and not sticky to your hands. Collect the finished dough in a ball, wrap it with cling film and let it rest from kneading at room temperature.
For the filling, we choose hard strawberries so that it retains its shape during the cooking process, then our dumplings will turn out delicious. We wash the strawberries in a colander under cool running water, put the berries on a cotton towel and leave for 10-15 minutes so that they dry from the water. Then remove the sepals from the strawberries.
Separate half a piece from the dough, roll it into a layer about 5 mm thick. Using a special shape or an ordinary glass, we squeeze out circles of the required diameter. Put about half a teaspoon of the sugar-starch mixture in the center of the circle, put the strawberries on top, with their nose up. We connect the edges of the dumplings and fasten tightly. We cook dumplings in a multicooker by placing them in the steaming nozzle. Place the dumplings at a short distance from each other so that they do not stick together during cooking. The dumplings will be ready in 5-7 minutes.
