Dumplings with strawberries in a slow cooker

Prepare the dough for delicious dumplings based on kefir. Steam tender and fluffy dumplings in a slow cooker quickly enough.

Pour flour into a deep container, add soda, salt and mix.

Pour in kefir at room temperature.

Let the dough sit for 30 minutes.

Wash the strawberries, remove the tails and cut into pieces.

Powder the surface with flour and place the dough on top of it. Shuffle a little and roll it into the layer with a rolling pin. Cut out the circles with a glass.
