Dumplings with raspberries in milk

With this tasty and delicate dish, if you have the time and desire to cook, you will please your children first of all, and adults will not refuse such a dessert. We knead the dough with milk and without eggs, then it turns out to be softer, not rubbery and is well suited for delicate raspberry filling. Flour for the dough must be sieved. You can knead the dough with your hands, but with the help of kitchen devices it will be easier and for the dough you need a rest for 30 minutes, then it will be easier to work with it. Raspberries are taken both fresh and frozen, but they must be sprinkled with starch so that the juice does not flow out of the dumplings.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
First, measure out the exact amount of flour, milk and salt as instructed in the instructions for your bread maker.
step 2 out of 8
Place these ingredients in a bucket and start the kneading program. At the end of the program, remove the dough from the bucket, cover with a napkin and leave for 20-30 minutes to rest, so that the flour gluten swells, then it will be more pliable in work.
step 3 out of 8
After this time, you can start forming the dumplings. Transfer the dough to a floured countertop and roll out into a sheet up to 7 mm thick.
step 4 out of 8
Cut mugs for dumplings in any shape: a cup or a glass. Do not throw away the rest of the dough and roll them out as well.
step 5 out of 8
For each circle of dough, put a few fresh raspberries, depending on their size, and add ½ tsp. Sahara.
step 6 out of 8
Gently pinch the edges of the dumplings so as not to crush the tender raspberries. Place the formed dumplings in one layer on a chopping board sprinkled with flour. At this stage of the process, the dumplings should be placed in the freezer.
step 7 out of 8
In a large saucepan, boil clean water and add a little salt to it. Put the formed dumplings into boiling water (depending on the amount of dumplings, it is better to cook in portions) and cook them for 5-7 minutes, stirring gently so that they do not stick one to one.
step 8 out of 8
Transfer the finished dumplings with a slotted spoon to portioned plates, be sure to add butter to them and you can serve them to the table.
Bon Appetit!
