Dumplings with cottage cheese and blueberries

Cakes are formed from kefir dough, into which a filling of cottage cheese, yolk, salt and sugar is placed. Then a few blueberries are added and the dumplings are pinched. The products are boiled for 5-7 minutes and served with butter and sugar.

Sift the flour through a sieve into a deep container. We break one egg there, add salt, a tablespoon of granulated sugar and soda.

Gradually pour in kefir and begin to knead the dough. We stop when it stops sticking to our hands. It shouldn't be tight. Cover the container with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Preparing the filling for dumplings. Put cottage cheese, three tablespoons of granulated sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and egg yolk in a convenient container.

We grind everything thoroughly with a fork. It is best to take cottage cheese dry and grainy so that the filling does not flow.

Sprinkle the working surface with a small amount of flour and knead the dough again. We divide it into small pieces and from each we wish a cake with a rolling pin or with our hands. Put the resulting curd filling and a couple of blueberries in the center.

We boil water, add a little salt and cook the products in it for 5-7 minutes.
