This recipe was created for true berry lovers. It contains two very juicy ingredients that go well with soft doughs. You will definitely be pleasantly surprised by the result you get at the end of cooking.

Sift the flour through a sieve into a deep bowl. Repeat this step several times. This way you will definitely remove the debris that may be in the flour. Gradually start adding warm water to the flour, in which salt and soda must be dissolved in advance. Stir the dough constantly using a spoon or regular whisk.

Continue kneading the dough with your hands. If it sticks to your hands a lot, add a little more flour. Shape the dough into a small circle. Cover it with a towel or napkins and leave for 34-40 minutes.

While the dough is infused, we begin to prepare the filling for the dumplings. Put the strawberries in a deep bowl and rinse well. You can cut it into arbitrary pieces. For example, cubes. We wash the cherries in warm water. Now we need to remove seeds from the berries. Use a pin to do this. Combine sugar and starch in a separate container. Pour the resulting mixture over the berries and mix well.
