From ordinary kefir, which has stagnated in your refrigerator, you can prepare a fragrant dish. You don't need to have unusual culinary skills or buy expensive groceries. This dish is able to feed your relatives and cheer up.

Pour kefir into a deep plate. Add half a teaspoon of baking soda to it. Stir the kefir well. Then break the egg. Separate the white from the yolk. Leave the protein for another dish, and add the yolk to the kefir. Whisk the kefir gently until smooth.

For dumplings, it is best to use premium wheat flour. It makes a very tender dough. Before adding flour to the dough, it must be sieved. Do this 2 or 3 times. Then you will definitely remove all the debris from it, and the dough as a result will be very fluffy and soft. Add flour in several stages and in small portions. Stir the dough well after each addition. Do this with a spoon or whisk.
