Make a small funnel in the center of the dry mix. In it, we need to break one chicken egg. After that, add 500 milliliters of kefir to the container. You can choose its fat content depending on your desire. Stir the dough again with a spoon. After that, dust your hands with flour and continue to knead the dough. Form the dough into a small circle and set aside on a plate for 25-30 minutes. The dough must be allowed to stand so that it doesn't get too dry and sticky as a result.
step 3 out of 7
While the dough is resting, we start preparing the filling. You can get cherries in advance from the freezer. You can also put the berries in frozen dumplings. We take out the present dough from the container. Sprinkle some flat surface with flour. You can roll the dough out on a table or a special wooden board. Fill a pot with cold water. Put it on fire. Wait for the water to boil. Be sure to add salt to the water. It will enhance the taste of the dumplings and make it more intense. Stir the water well before adding the dumplings. So they will not immediately sink to the bottom. Submerge the dumplings carefully in the water.Stir them constantly during cooking so that they do not stick together. Cook the dumplings for 20 minutes. When ready, transfer them to a colander. So excess liquid will drain from the dumplings.
