One of the delicious homemade cakes is the blueberry cheesecake. They are cooked infrequently, since there is not always time to deal with yeast dough, but on a weekend you can please your loved ones and especially children with this dessert. Blueberries are suitable both fresh and frozen, but starch or flour must be added to them. You need to take thick and fat sour cream, otherwise it will curl up when baking.

First, we will prepare all the ingredients for making cheesecakes, because homemade baking requires the exact amount, like in a pharmacy, and not only the proportion is important, but also the temperature of the products and the order in which they are added to the baked goods, so that later not to be disappointed with the result.
