Then add the yolk, beat again and pour in the flour with baking powder. Stir until crumbs are formed.

Take a baking dish and grease it with a little butter. Pour about 2/3 of the resulting crumb into it. We level it with a spatula and put it in the refrigerator.

step 5 out of 9
Let's start preparing the filling. We send cottage cheese to a suitable container and add granulated sugar, yolks, a pinch of salt and one whole egg to it. We punch everything with a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
step 6 out of 9
Add whole lemon zest, semolina, sour cream to the curd mass and mix well. Next, add the blueberries and gently stir with a silicone spatula so that the berries remain intact.
step 7 out of 9
We spread the resulting mass on a sand base and distribute it evenly. Sprinkle with sugar crumbs on top.
step 8 out of 9
Preheat the oven to 190 ° C and bake the cheesecake for 35 minutes, or depending on the power of the oven. Let it cool completely.
step 9 out of 9
We cut the finished product into portioned pieces and serve with hot coffee or tea. Bon Appetit!
