Airy pastry is always useful, especially for breakfast or afternoon tea. Cheesecakes with curd filling are a great homemade delicacy baked in the oven. They can be easily made at home using this recipe.

Mash the yeast with your hands and place in a bowl, add sugar and a little warm milk. Stir these ingredients together and leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Break an egg into a bowl, add protein, pour in warm milk, add the remaining sugar, mix well. Then add some of the sifted flour and the cooled melted butter, mix.

Then add the yeast and the remaining flour to the bowl. Knead the dough and leave it in a warm place for 40 minutes.

In another bowl, combine the filling ingredients: cottage cheese, sugar, yolk and pre-washed raisins.
