One of the popular home-baked options is the curd and strawberry cheesecake, especially during the berry season. A real cheesecake is a large round pie with a filling and pinched edges, but you can also shape them into small buns. In this recipe, you are invited to cook a real "royal" cheesecake on shortbread dough.
