Cheesecakes with cottage cheese are not much more difficult to prepare than regular yeast buns. However, it is worth to pay tribute to the curd filling, which makes these pastries a real feast for taste.

In a deep bowl, combine the yeast with warm water, add two tablespoons of flour and stir. Leave the dough for half an hour in a warm place.

Then add sugar, sour cream and butter to the dough, mix all the ingredients until smooth. Add the sifted flour in several steps and knead the dough.

When the dough is thick enough, place it on the table and continue kneading with your hands. Put the finished dough in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave for half an hour.

You can start preparing the filling. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar and egg until smooth.

Wrap the dough again with your hands and divide into several equal pieces. Make a flat cake from each piece of dough and place them on a baking sheet. Cover the blanks with cling film and leave for 10 minutes.
