A cheesecake is an open flatbread stuffed with cottage cheese, although potato, cheese, and other salty and sweet fillings can sometimes be found. Try to make the most popular type of these delicious pastries with a fairly simple recipe.

Heat the milk to 35-40 degrees, dissolve 50 grams of sugar and dry yeast in it. Leave the resulting mass for 10-12 minutes in a warm place.

When the dough is ready, add salt, egg white, vegetable oil to it and add sifted flour in parts. Knead to a homogeneous dough and leave warm for an hour.

Mix cottage cheese with yolk and sugar.
