Your attention is given a recipe for the preparation of the well-known and beloved "Caesar" without adding meat, eggs and mayonnaise sauce. It is made from lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, hard cheese and white bread croutons. The dressing is made from sour cream with lemon juice and spices.

Put the chopped tomatoes and lettuce leaves in a salad bowl, pour over the prepared sour cream sauce and mix gently. We lay out the salad in portioned plates and sprinkle with cooked crackers. Cut the hard cheese into thin slices (you can use a vegetable peeler) and put it beautifully on top of the salad. We immediately serve the salad to the table so that the croutons do not become soft.
