Vegetarian sorrel soup is prepared without meat or eggs. It turns out a very light and tasty soup with sourness. Beans can be added to increase the calorie content of the soup and to make it more satisfying.

Soak the beans overnight, rinse in the morning and you can cook the soup. Place a pot of water on the stove, bring the water to a boil, dip the beans there.

Remove the husk from the onion, peel the carrots, cut the vegetables into cubes. Pour sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan, fry the onions and carrots until soft. Then add spices to them and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into cubes, put in a saucepan, cook until soft.

When the potatoes and beans are tender, add the vegetable fry and bay leaf.
