Vermicelli nests with minced meat

A delicious dinner in a very unusual serving can be prepared from vermicelli and minced meat. The nests can be decorated with herbs, fresh or canned vegetables to your liking - the case when familiar products become a culinary masterpiece.

Wash vegetables and herbs. Peel the onions, carrots and bell peppers. Scroll everything through a meat grinder. Season the minced vegetables with salt and season to taste, stir.

Place noodles in a deep frying pan and put a teaspoon of minced vegetables in the middle of each. Pour water into the pan so that it reaches the middle of the nests, salt. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for 15 minutes after boiling.

Add tomato paste to the minced meat, salt and season it to taste, then fry the minced meat in a pan.
