Cherry Jam with Gelatin

On a quiet winter evening, complement the tea party with homemade jam - what could be better. According to this recipe, preparing a delicious treat will not take you much time and high costs.

Sort out the berries from the bad ones, rinse and squeeze out the seeds.

Fill the cherries with sugar, stir, let it brew and let the juice flow.

Grind the berry mixture with a blender.

Add gelatin to the resulting puree, mix and wait a couple of minutes until it swells. After 10-15 minutes, put the berry mass on low heat, cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly. During this time, the volume of the jam will decrease and the mass will thicken.
