Cherry juice without sugar for the winter

Cherry juice without sugar is stored for no longer than six months. However, the workpiece is less heat treated and retains more useful properties. Keep the drink in a cool place.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Carefully selected cherries - without rot and spoiled areas - are washed and put in a colander. There should be no excess liquid in the juice, so the berries need to dry out. Only after that we remove the seeds and stalks.
step 2 out of 5
Squeeze juice from berries using a juicer. Pour the liquid into a jar and let stand for about 2-3 hours in the refrigerator. Then pour the juice into a saucepan through cheesecloth folded in 2-3 layers to get rid of the sediment.
step 3 out of 5
Do not let the juice boil in the pan. Reduce heat immediately and boil for 10 minutes to kill bacteria. In the process of juicing, we begin preparing the cans and lids for storage. They should first be cleaned and rinsed and then sent for sterilization.
step 4 out of 5
We pour the drink into cans. We twist them and turn them over. We wrap it in a blanket until the containers cool.
step 5 out of 5
Then the container with the juice should be transferred to a dry, cool place. In winter, we open the cans and enjoy a vitamin drink.
Bon Appetit!
