It is with great pleasure that I want to share a wonderful recipe for a delicious cherry cake made from lavash. The cake can be prepared in a minimum amount of time. Even a teenager can handle this simple recipe. Be sure to cook the most delicate dessert and delight yourself and your family.

First of all, prepare all the necessary ingredients for making a cherry pita cake.

Rinse the cherries thoroughly under running water, then dry them and carefully remove the seeds using a special tool or a pin. If you use frozen cherries like I did, defrost them first and remove the pits.

Divide the lavash sheet into approximately 5 identical rectangular parts. Put the prepared cherries in a row from the wide edge of the pita bread.

Gently form tight tubes.

Go ahead and prepare the cream. Put the required amount of fat sour cream in a deep container and add granulated sugar. Adjust the amount of granulated sugar yourself, depending on your own taste preferences and the natural sweetness of the cherries.

Using a mixer, mix the sour cream thoroughly until the granulated sugar crystals are completely dissolved.

Prepare the form in which you will collect the cake. Lay out the first row of straws, then add a few tablespoons of sour cream. Spread it evenly with a silicone spatula.
