For the winter, you can make not only compotes or jam from cherries, but also roll it up in your juice. The billet is more aromatic and more concentrated in taste.

Remove pits from cherries using a garlic press tool or a large pin. You can also use a paper clip to remove the pits.

Fill the jar with berries 1/3, add 1 tbsp. l. granulated sugar. You can press the berries with your hand so that they fit more. Put 1/3 of the cherries again and add 1 tbsp. l. Sahara. Put the rest of the berries to the top of the jar and add the last spoonful of granulated sugar. Allow the jars to stand for at least 4 hours, wait for the berries to juice. You can leave it overnight. If, after a long standing, the cherry has not let out enough juice, you can add a little boiled warm water.
