Cherries in their own seedless juice with sugar for the winter

According to this recipe, an excellent dessert is obtained: not only tasty, but also healthy, as it contains a lot of useful substances. The delicacy is useful not only for tea drinking: berries are added to baked goods, they decorate cakes and pastries, compote and jelly are cooked.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Berries for making dessert should be large enough, juicy and ripe. See for a firmer pulp. If the cherries are unripe or rotten, do not use them.
step 2 out of 5
We wash the selected berries and immediately put them in a colander. When the excess liquid drains and the cherry dries up, remove the stalks. We discard the leaves and remove the seeds.
step 3 out of 5
We put suitable cans on the work surface of the table. We examine them. If there is no damage, clean it with soda powder. After thorough rinsing, sterilize the container. Put the cherries in clean, dried jars so that the berries fit snugly together.
step 4 out of 5
We fill the berries with the required amount of sugar. Line the bottom of the large pot with a towel. We put cans on it and pour water into a saucepan up to the "shoulders" of the containers.
step 5 out of 5
We cover the jars with lids. Bring the water to a boil and sterilize the dessert for 15 minutes. We take out the jars with the ready-made delicacy and roll it up. Cool it upside down for a couple of days under a blanket.
Bon Appetit!
