Today we will share with you an excellent recipe for making sugar-free cherries for the winter. According to our recipe, cherries retain their beneficial properties, their taste remains the same as in summer: bright and rich, and most importantly - it does not contain sugar!

For the preparation of cherries in our own juice, we choose ripe berries. We carefully sort it out so as not to come across a wormy one. We rinse the berries well in a colander and let them drain.

We put a pot of water on the fire, bring to a boil and add cherries for 1 can.

As soon as the cherry begins to float to the surface of the water, we collect it with a ladle with a small amount of water and put it in a pre-sterilized glass jar.

When we have filled the jar to the brim, we screw it up with a lid, turn the jar upside down and leave it to cool completely at room temperature. Then we remove the seams in a cool, dark place.
