It is advisable to remove the seeds from the berry, and you can increase the amount of sugar to your liking. In this way, especially if you do not remove the pits, you can quickly prepare a large amount of cherries.

Remove seeds from berries in any way. Place the prepared cherries in a saucepan for making jam. Fill it with sugar in the proportion indicated in the recipe. Do not add less sugar, otherwise the cherries will ferment. Place a saucepan with cherries in sugar overnight or for 12 hours in a cold place. Do not stir the berries.
