It should be noted the preparation of jam from berries in the actual juice, it turns out to be thicker, richer and more aromatic. Well, if you constantly do not have enough time to make jam, a smart technique will come to the rescue - a microwave oven. And cherries in their own juice, prepared in this way, are not worse at all than those that were prepared in the traditional way.

First, you need to carefully sort out the berries: remove the twigs and leaves.

After that, rinse the cherries thoroughly under running water. It is advisable to do this several times.

Put the cherries in the microwave and cover with sugar. We leave the berry for an hour so that it starts up the juice.

Next, mix the cherries with sugar well.
