Heat the curd whey a little in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Pour into a deep bowl. Add the required amount of dry yeast, salt and granulated sugar and mix thoroughly until they are completely dissolved. Adjust the amount of granulated sugar in accordance with your taste preferences.

Gradually, in several steps, introduce wheat flour previously sifted through a fine sieve.
